    Blue Cross are idiots

    I can not believe we are going through this again. We clearly have a normal co-pay that we deal with each time we visit a doctor. Now we are getting the full bills listed in our names even when we have already met the deductible. What is going on with Blue Cross, I thought they were a good company and not trying to rip people off??

    All insurance companies, including Blue Cross are in the market of ripping people off. They are what is wrong with the health care system in this country. I haven't had Blue Cross in quite some time, but we always got the statements with the full cost and breakdown. These were not bills though.
