I was getting glasses from Lenscrafters. I was getting the scratch-resistant coating, progressive lenses, and transitional. The lady said that if we had any trouble, they would be replaced free. I agreed to this. When I had a problem, though, they said now it's going to cost me $89! I hate being ripped off!
