I'm so aggravated right now. Speedway sucks. I got gas today and paid at the pump. So I scanned my Speedy Reward card to get the points and it deleted all of my points!!! I was going to use those points for a Christmas present for my wife!! Crooks!! I went inside and told the manager and he said there's nothing he can do about it! I got ripped off!! What am I going to do now for her Christmas? She even said she'd love to have the item when I was looking on the website the other night. All of the time I've been buying my gas and stuff at Speedway Convenience Store in order to get the points to get a present for her and now it's all gone!
That really stinks. Did you try to call Speedways customer service line? The number is 1-800-643-1948. I would explain to them what happened as they should have an accounting of your points that the store would not have access to. The store does not have the ability to log into your account and fix anything. They can just tell you what the register tells them. It sucks but it is what it is. They should definitely be able to get to the bottom of this if you call customer service though.
I have a Speedy Reward card myself but I think the biggest problem is that you do not make points fast enough. In the beginning, you actually got enough points to get rewarded a few times a year. Then they switched the amount of points you got when you filled up and I do not get hardly any points anymore. I have barely made enough points to get a fountain pop every few months in recent years. It really is a rip off.
I wish Speedway would fix this program to make it easier to get rewarded with your points. I sincerely hope that they can fix this problem for you and get you your item in time to give it to your wife for Christmas.
They change to SA rewards and the in store kiosks were never functional to transfer points. now its too late so I lost them.
They are building a beauty of a Holiday store across the street opening soon. Hmm where would i go dirty old Sa new Holiday???
